Silvia

Silvia is a German Shorthaired Pointed brought from Germany to Lackland Air Force Base for TSA’s National Explosives Detection Canine Team Program. In 2016 she was graduated from the program and was paired with a Handler from the Amtrak Police Department Canine Unit. She quickly became a member of the family with 4 human siblings who are inseparable at home. Silvia is either full steam 110% or a lazy cuddle bug. When cut loose outside or searching she is full speed and would go till she drops, but when work is over she loves to just cuddle up to her family or try to climb in someone’s lap.
