Hugo is a German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix from the Slovak Republic. He served the Arlington County Police Department K9 Unit from 2012-2023 as a dual purpose patrol/EOD K9. He was trained in obedience, tracking, building search, area search, evidence recovery, handler protection and explosives detection.
