Mala

K9 Mala served as an explosive detection canine from 2020-2023 with TSA in San Francisco. Although she had a very short career, she was requested to assist multiple federal agencies in high profile events all over the Bay Area and assisted her teammates in Portland. K9 Mala was always eager to attend any trainings she could get to! She brings endless joy and laughter to every person she encounters as she is all love and is very very silly, but when it came down to work, she was laser focused and always on point. K9 Mala’s favorite thing to do is run & play fetch with her new sister, K9 Cila, and her brother, retired K9 Ryker. Mala loves to go to her brother’s toy bin and take ALL of his toys out and chew up as many as possible. She also really loves her new queen size bed & a sofa that she’ll share with her mommies on occasion.
