K9 Skipper has provided excellent explosive detection work and cleared venues for large NGA events such as a VPOTUS visit to NCE and two D/NGA changeover ceremonies. K9 Skipper has also assisted outside partners and agencies with many planned events, to include Fort Belvoir’s Oktoberfest, the Department of Justice Awards at the Daughters of the Revolution building, and the Marine Corps Marathon. K9 Skipper has also assisted in unplanned, or emergency, events when called upon as part of ATF’s National Capitol Region Response Team such as bomb threats on Fort Belvoir and the Arlington Courthouse. K9 Skipper was a welcoming face to NGA employees during K9 demonstrations, or CFC meet-and-greet events. K9 Skipper loves to play fetch. One of K9 Skipper’s favorite treats is a giant milk bone. When K9 Skipper isn’t working, he loves to go on walks.
