Terka is a retired Concealed Human and Narcotics Detection Dog from the San Ysidro Port of Entry. She’s 8 years old and served over 6 years with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. She was featured on an episode of National Geographic’s To Catch A Smuggler with her handler CEO Plamondon in Season 5 Episode 5. Her favorite snacks are Pupperoni’s and now she spends her retirement time with CEO Plamondon’s family, including their 2 year old daughter, and finding her Kongs and GoughNuts.
