Lotta was a narcotics and human detection dog for a federal law enforcement agency in southern California. Lotta worked with her handler for five years and eight months and was responsible for numerous narcotics and concealed human seizures. Lotta was retired at approximately eight years of age when she began to slow down so that she could enjoy life as a dog. In retirement Lotta loves to go on walks and hikes to explore new places. She enjoys car rides and snuggling on the couch. Her favorite toys are orange chuck it balls and anything that squeaks. She has a wolf stuffed animal she carries with her when it is time for bed. Lotta does not discriminate when it comes to food and enjoys everything and anything. She currently lives with her handler alongside another dog who is a retired canine that was adopted from another handler. Lotta lives life to the fullest and while she is almost twelve she is a puppy at heart.
