Canine Bambi was initially in the USBP single purpose Patrol program but headed over to the single purpose detection program after some time at the K9 academy. Canine Bambi was assigned to a Supervisory Border Patrol Agent/Trainer and was mainly deployed for other agency call outs and special assignments. Bambi enjoyed the easy life as he was the handlers third assigned K9. He left his working days and now hangs out with his family of six other dogs and four horses.
