Mekko

K-9 Mekko served the city of Pensacola, Florida with the Pensacola Police Department as a dual purpose K-9 assigned to Officer Harris. K-9 Mekko was a member of the United States Marshals Service Fugtive Task Force. He was trained in narcotics detection, tracking, and criminal apprehension. K-9 Mekko is a 3rd generation police K-9 and the grandson of a retired Pensacola Police Department K-9. K-9 Mekko is accredited with locating numerous criminals throughout his career, seizing approximateing over 1 million dollars worth of narcotics, cash, and firearms from criminals, and is the undefeated K-9 demo tug of war champion.
