Aziz

Aziz is a 12 year old German Shorthaired Pointer. He was assigned to the Amtrak Police Department in October of 2013 paired up with Officer Welch. K-9 Aziz has worked the Chicago Marathon, numerous State of the Union Addresses and two Presidential Inauguration’s. His main job was to protect the traveling public, employees, and infrastructure of Amtrak. K-9 Aziz was initially trained at Lackland AFB (TSA) and had numerous advanced explosive classes at VWK9 (Anniston, AL). When Aziz is at home he loves to play frisbee and spend time with his family. He enjoys swimming and chasing pigeons.
