Boris

Boris began his career with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department in May of 2016. He was crossed trained in patrol, narcotics detection and tracking. Throughout his career he had 5 bite apprehensions, 104 non-bite apprehensions, located 3 guns discarded by fleeing suspects, 1 handler protection during an ambush by a knife wielding attacker, 10 SWAT deployments and numerous building, vehicle and area searches. In total Boris was responsible for locating 40 pounds of methamphetamine, 53 pounds of cocaine, and numerous Fentanyl pills.
