Cooper and his handler worked together three years for the US Diplomatic Security Services as the first line of protection for the Secretary of the United States. Cooper traveled domestically and overseas during his time on duty. Cooper enjoys the retired life and loves swimming, playing fetch and laying on the couch having his belly rubbed.
