K9 Diesel is a dual pourpose Patrol/Explosives K9 who worked for the Somerset County Sheiffs office from 2014 to 2022 when he rtired at 9.5 years old. In his 8 year carrier K9 Diesel had over 450 deployments and many demos. K9 Diesel found missing and endangered persons and responded to calls throughout the entire state of New Jersey. K9 Diesel and his handler K9 Officer Bauer were also part of the NJSP Detect and render safe task force for their entire time togeather.K9 Diesels favorite toy is his ball on a rope and rolled towel. and his favorite treat is frech fries.
