Ficko

Ficko Started his career with me in the winter of 2014. we came together in Lackland Texas as part of the TSA explosive detection program attached to the MTPD K9 unit. Ficko was an energetic pup who loved to play fetch and tug. Early in his career while doing a search of a rock quarry Ficko took off into the woodline and diverted from searching for explosives and came back over a tall grass hill with a fifteen pound groundhog in his mouth and brought it to my feet. He has always been a great hunter. He has enjoyed protecting the Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland area over the last 8 years always willing and happy to come to work. His favorite toy was a jute tug. Now he loves kongs with peanut butter.
