K9 Justice over the years, K9 Justice has tracked countless miles, assisted several jurisdictions, located suspects, found evidence and assisted furthering investigations. But his favorite and main role tracking and returning persons with mental disabilities or lower cognitive ability. Over the years Justice has located serval people both criminally and non-criminal. His last track he completed was approximately 3.5 miles where he located an autistic male that had left home. Although he is driven to do the job Justice remains just as active in his home life. Once he returns home and is stripped of duty gear, he becomes a loving “pet” where he enjoys any treats, but cheese holds a special place in his heart. He enjoys going for walks with his family and playing with his canine counterparts. As well as exploring new places. There is no task he is scared to complete. But of course, his favorite role is meeting people and getting them to give him rubs. Justice is a gentle giant at 95 pounds but is very protective at the same time. Justice is a team player and always lightens the mood during shift hours. On even the toughest days Justice is always there to bring moods up and inspire everyone to continue pushing forward toward excellence.
