K9 Mido served the City of Hawthorne for 7 years. In that time he served on the SWAT team and worked patrol as a dual purpose apprehension and narcotics K9. People always know when Mido is around because of his distinct howl. Now that he is retired, Mido spends a lot of time sleeping on the couch and swimming in the pool. The bond between him and his handler is still incredibly strong and Mido doubles as her shadow at home.
