Qualls was bred at Lackland Air Force base as part of the post 9/11 puppy program. QQualls is named are a fallen soldier who died fighting in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Louis W. Qualls. QQualls served with The Department of Homeland Security for 8.5 years. He is now retired with his handler and family, he enjoys swimming in the pool, long walks and relaxing!
