Rudie was imported from Holland purchased as a single purpose explosive detection K9 for Penn State University. K9 Rudie was certified through the PA State Police in 2013 and worked on Penn State University campus’ and through out PA. Rudie loves to run everywhere he goes even now at nearly 11 years old. Rudie enjoys getting into trouble on his 10 acre farm. Rudie loves his Kong but fetch has to be limited because he can’t do anything at less than 110%.
