K9 Saxo began his Customs and Border Protection K9 career in 2015 at the Canine Center in Front Royal, VA. Upon Saxo’s graduation he was deployed to the USA/ Mexico border in Arizona. For the next 5 years Saxo would work in temperatures exceeding 110 degrees in rugged conditions. Saxo would retire in 2020 and go home with his dad to relax and enjoy some A/C. Saxo retired having been the top seizing K9 at his assigned duty location and was directly responsible for the interception of tens of millions of dollars of illegal narcotics.
